A Nice Surprise

So, last week I asked this guy to prom. I wrote him a note and slipped it in his locker in between periods. I hadn't gotten an answer back from him in almost a week, so I told him to text me, and he texted me when he got off work. Well, I asked him if he got my note, and I got no reply from him even though he had just texted me 10 minutes earlier. I stayed up and waited for about an hour for him to text me back, he never did so I went to bed. Come morning, and still no text. I was starting to get mad at that point because all I wanted was an answer. So, I went to school and went through my normal routine. Well, 3rd period comes along and that changes everything. This guy isn't in my class, but I got a nice surprise from him. My English teacher goes down to the office to get some paper or something, and when he comes back, he has a boquet of flowers in his hand. He starts explaining to us why he brought them, and then he calls my name and tells me they belong to me. So, I went and got them, and read the note, and the guy who I was mad at for not reply was finally giving me an answer to prom, and it was a yes. My day was made, actually, my whole month was made. I'll post a picture of the flowers and card. By the way, this awesome guy's name is Luke.
